  • Is it possible to order a personalized gift?
Yes. Most products can be personalized - embroider a name, date or other desired text. To do this, choose the type of personalization from the drop-down menu next to the product and write the desired text in the "personalization description" box.

 

  •  If I choose "wire transfer" as the payment method, how soon will I receive an invoice?
We usually send you an invoice to your email on the same business day, in the case of evening and weekend orders, the next business day.

 

  • How soon will I receive my order?
We ship orders no later than three business days after receiving payment, in most cases within one or two business days. If this deadline is extended for any reason, we will definitely let you know.
If the order is in a hurry, please ask before placing the order whether we can deliver the package by the date you need. Our delivery time also includes the manufacturing time of the product, it's not just about shipping the goods :)
Smartpost and Omniva deliver packages in Estonia within one (sometimes rarely two) days. Recently, the parcel machine service has become more and more popular, and it has happened that the parcel does not fit into the machine the very next day. Please note that in this case the delivery will also take a little longer.

International orders
usually arrive within 10-16 days after shipping, depending on the destination country.

 

  • How can I choose the parcel terminal where I want to receive my order?

    Please write the desired parcel terminal location in the "Parcel terminal location" box on the shopping cart page. You can confirm the choice of delivery method (whether you prefer Omniva or Smartpost) later during the order process.

    International orders will be shipped to the address entered during checkout.
