Please note that all the products in the MiaPuPe OÜ e-store are handmade, and therefore the products that reach you may be slightly different in small details from the products in the photos.
Creating an account
You can buy from the MiaPuPe OÜ e-store both with and without an account. Benefits of creating an account:
- you can track your order status and order history;
- the next time you buy, the purchase process will be faster, because the necessary data has already been saved;
- you can save your favorites to find them later faster.
How to buy?
- Enter the product range via the "SHOP" menu item.
- Choose the product you like and click on the product's photo or name to read more detailed information.
- If the product is marked "Sold" and you want to order it, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Read the product description carefully, select the desired quantity and press the "Add to cart" button.
- If you still want to look around the store, click on the "Continue shopping" link in the opened pop-up window.
- When the final selection is made, you can return to the shopping cart by clicking on the shopping cart icon in the header.
- If you want to receive your package from either an Omniva or SmartPost parcel terminal, write the location of the parcel terminal in the "Parcel terminal location" box on the shopping cart page before completing the order. In the same box, write any other additional information you would like to send us.
- To complete the order, press the "Checkout" button.
- Add your contact information to the opened page or log in from there if you already have an account and press the "Continue" button.
- Choose the shipping method and payment method (you can read more about these options below) and press "Continue" again.
- Check the details of your order and if everything is correct, press the "Confirm order" button.
At the moment, we have "wire transfer" as the only payment method in the e-shop. If the order is confirmed, we will send you an invoice by email, usually on the same business day, the next at the latest.
We ship all orders within Estonia from €45 for free!
We ship the ordered products no later than three business days after receiving the payment. If the order is in a hurry, please ask before placing the order whether we can prepare the products in the time you need.
To receive the products in Estonia, you can choose between two shipping methods:
- Omniva parcel terminal If you want to send your order to the Omniva parcel terminal, please write the address of the parcel terminal where you want to send your parcel in the box "Parcel terminal location" on the shopping cart page before pressing the "Confirm order" button. Locations of Omniva parcel terminals . When completing the order, select the option "Omniva parcel terminal" on the shipping method selection page. The price depends on the number of products (package size) either 3.50 EUR or 4.20 EUR.
- SmartPost parcel terminal If you want to send your order to a SmartPost parcel terminal, please write the address of the parcel terminal where you want to send your parcel in the "Parcel machine location" box on the shopping cart page before pressing the "Confirm order" button. Locations of SmartPost parcel terminals . Don't forget to fill in the mobile phone number field later when adding contact information! The price depends on the number of products (package size) either 3.50 EUR or 4.20 EUR.

We ship all packages ordered abroad as registered mail using the national logistics compnay Omniva service.
Free returns and exchanges
We hope that you are happy with your purchase, but if for some reason this should not be the case, it is possible to return the products purchased from the MiaPuPe OÜ e-store free of charge within 14 calendar days of receiving the products or receiving the notification of arrival at the Omniva / SmartPost parcel terminal.
- You can return a package received via SmartPost with the same door code with which you received the package.
- To return a package received via Omniva, use the return code received via SMS or email.
The product to be returned must be undamaged and must not show signs of use. If the product is damaged and it is no longer possible to sell it at the original price, MiaPuPe OÜ has the right to offset the decrease in the value of the product with the amount due to be returned to you.
For returned products, we will compensate you within 5 working days at the latest after the products reach us.
Custom made and/or personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
NB! Free returns only apply to packages sent to Estonia!
